不能让人生,输给了心情。

不知道你最近有没有遇到过心烦的时候,可能就只因为一点点小事,心情突然变得很低落,莫名地委屈,也不想跟谁说话,自己发着呆,突然就很想哭。

 

很多情绪的崩溃,其实是不需要理由的。

 

平时的你坚强惯了,一个人面对那么多压力和困难,心里也攒了很多的负情绪,堆积到某个临界点,就爆发了。

 

人生不如意十之八九,行走在世间,每个人都免不了经历低谷期,事业上的、感情上的、生活上的、情绪上的,都有可能。

 

这个时候,别任由情绪发酵,你可以主动去做一些能够让自己开心的事。

 

比如找个没人的地方大喊,或者逛街、吃甜品,在承受范围之内买自己喜欢的东西等等,用适合自己的方式,把自己从焦虑和压抑中抽离出来。

 

我记得有句话说得很好:

 

心情不是人的全部,却能左右你的生活,不能让人生,输给了心情。
