制定工艺方案,是整个加工过程中重要的一个环节,因而要与其他加工工序衔接好,全面考虑零件的整个加工工艺内容,在切削加工工序之间合理地安排工序和辅助工序,协调好各个工序的安排顺序,有利于提高零件的质量。工序安排的科学与否,直接影响到零件的加工质量、生产效率和成本。对形位精度要求较高的表面,安排在一次装夹下完成,可避免多次安装所产生的安装误差而影响位置精度。一般来说,在一次装夹中,应一次性完成对所能加工的表面内容的粗精加工,且达到尺寸要求,减少装夹次数,提高加工工艺效果。
