有时当天用不完的肉会冻在冰箱里,解冻制作后总感觉跟鲜肉有差距。可以取一块生姜捣碎,然后加适量的水,把冷冻的肉放到姜汁水中让它自然解冻,经过这一步,你会惊奇的发现,肉的鲜味有了很大的回升。
