士为“赞赏”者死

  韩国某大型公司的一个清洁工,本来是一个最被人忽视,最被人看不起的角色,但就是这样一个人,却在一天晚上公司保险箱被窃时,与小偷进行了殊死搏斗。 

  事后,有人为他请功并问他的动机时,答案却出人意料。他说:当公司的总经理从他身旁经过时,总会不时地赞美他“你扫的地真干净”。
 
  你看,就这么一句简简单单的话,就使这个员工受到了感动,并以身相许。 
  这也正合了中国的一句老话“士为知己者死”。
 
  美国著名女企业家玛丽•凯经理曾说过:“世界上有两件东西比金钱和性更为人们所需--认可与赞美。” 

  金钱在调动下属们的积极性方面不是万能的,而赞美却恰好可以弥补它的不足。因为生活中的每一个人,都有较强的自尊心和荣誉感。你对他们真诚的表扬与赞同,就是对他价值的最好承认和重视。而能真诚赞美下属的领导,能使员工们的心灵需求得到满足,并能激发他们潜在的才能。 

  打动人最好的方式就是真诚的欣赏和善意的赞许。
