吃柿子如何脱涩?

1.白酒催熟法
 
将白酒倒入碗中,再拿柿子在白酒里滚一滚,将柿子的表面均匀地涂上白酒,放入袋子中,系好袋口,放三天左右就能使柿子变软变甜!

2.水果催熟法

 

将柿子和1~2个苹果放在一个袋子内,系紧后放在比较温暖的地方,三天左右就可以使柿子变软了。同样还可以把柿子和香蕉、梨或者是西红柿放在一起。

 

3.戳空催熟法
 
用牙签在柿子的顶部扎几个小孔,这样放上三天左右就可以使柿子变软变甜。
 

 
4.温水催熟法
 
准备一个电饭锅,把柿子放入锅中,然后在锅里加入50度左右的温水,只要水没过柿子就可以,盖上盖子,开启保温功能,这样过一天一夜柿子就可以吃了。柿子好吃,可不要贪多哦!
