在工作环境中,我们可能接触的人际界面很广,要处理的关系很多,就拿HR来说,客户是上帝、员工是上帝,老板是上帝,老板的老板更是上帝……那么,当出现复杂情况时,处理原则是怎样的呢?很简单——两条极简法则送给你:

 

(1)谁给你发工资,谁的利益就排在第一位。公司是发工资给你的人,所以公司利益理应大于一切利益,包括团队利益、员工利益、客户利益,甚至同事利益、个人利益。

 

(2)谁决定了你的升值加薪,谁就是你的最大上帝。如果是直接领导决定了你的绩效高低、晋升速度,那么,不要同情心泛滥的谁都想帮助,谁的问题都想去解决,首先要做的是帮直接领导解决问题,他让你做100分,给他120的答卷;他让你不要处理员工抱怨,上班时间绝不处理(当然,下班后可以灵活掌握咯)。总之,谁决定了你的未来,你的现在就要听他的。
