一、松鼠的精神(有意义的工作)
1、理解我们可以让世界变得更好(有意义的工作)
2、每个人都为了共享的目标工作
3、 价值指导所有计划、决策和行动

二-海狸的方法(控制目标的达成)
一个界限明确的场地
想法、感受、需要和梦想被尊重、被聆听、被实施
有能力做到、但又难度、共好需要有挑战性的工作,即迫使员工竭尽所能并允许他们学习、向未知领域前行。

三、野雁的天赋(为彼此喝彩)
1、不论积极的还是消极的,祝贺必须是真诚的
2、没有比分就不成比赛,为过程喝彩
3、热情=使命*(现金+祝贺)]
4、喝彩需要自发的/个人的/详细的/独特的/主动的
5、 我们不要再关注谁有问题谁有罪(警察行为),而要开始寻找把事情做对的人(教练行为)
6、 为过程喝彩,不只为结果,与所有人共享比分会使人兴奋
