关掉多余的感知器官
1)视觉暗示法
 
制造出整洁严肃的视觉景象,暗示自己集中专注力。
 
比如起床后被子叠好,桌面收拾整洁,换掉睡衣,告诉自己接下来要做重要的时候,集中注意力,这时候看书、工作,效率就会大幅度提升。
 
2)听觉暗示法
 
播放轻音乐,闭上眼睛深呼吸,听5分钟左右,大自然的雨声、河流声,能让躁动的心情平静下来,睁开眼后,你的专注力就来了。
