1.品牌指定类文件,销售人员在明确中标单位和合同签订前,记录该项商机“价值要素”并上传附件。

2.坚朗品牌在业主招标书中,且书面指定两个或多个品牌的,竞争对手品牌均优于坚朗品牌的,可视作为“唯一指定”;如竞争对手品牌有一个低于坚朗品牌的,视为“品牌入围”。如标书中无坚朗品牌,视为“无指定”。

3.业主方工作“品牌指定”类型有:1、书面印章文件;2、包含项目全称的标书截图;3、出具说明材料(如客户承诺材料或客户要求施工方采用我司产品的说明材料),说明品牌指定依据,说明材料必须经参与人员、直属大区(副)总经理签字确认,并提交订单管理支持部备案;证明材料纳入 “诚信管理”,如出现虚假说明,当事人、证明人、主管、经理、大区总经理都将受到诚信处罚。
