云采新客户注册分配流程优化

 

为了提升响应时效,让用户注册平台就有对接人员,打通了用户注册后的线上服务链条,做到信息的快速传递。且客服通过客户回访可直接了解客户需求,做到更精准的服务与响应用户。

 

1、增加云采客服节点

当用户不是通过销售邀请码注册平台时,会先由云采客服初步对接,确定采购需求是否明确和用户是否已有销售服务。

(1)企业用户注册或有采购意向的个人用户,由大区总/代理人进行分配;

(2)用户已有销售服务的或个人用户指定销售服务的,直接由客服分配给该销售;

(3)对于明确无采购意向的个人客户,暂不分配销售,后期该类客户再次登录时,再由大区总/代理人分配销售。

 

2、客户归属分配界面升级

大区总/代理人,根据客服收集的线索进行资源分配。
