时间管理4D原则：

1.Don’t do it（丢一些）丢掉那些与重要目标无关的事情。

2.Delay it（拖一些）：把那些次要工作暂时放在一边。

3.Delegate it（授权一些）能分给他人或下属的次要事情，尽量分派授权给其他人做。

4.DO it now（立即做）重要的事情不要犹豫，马上去做。

Nobody could ever replace you... 从来没有人可以取代你。
