从此告别花钱减压,做些小事得到心灵的放松

压力太大,各种吃,各种嗨,各种购物,瘪了钱包,伤了身子。有人网上贴出了减压清单,据说很多网友都在这张清单里找到了适合自己的有效减压方式,还能规避抑郁。我不敢保证这些小事对每个人都有效,但是,只要找出几条有效的,就很值得尝试啊。

活着就充满压力,每一步前进也一定充满压力。与其总是莫名恐惧,不如找找有效方法,治治它。

1早起15分钟
2晚上准备好第二天早上的东西
3不穿紧身衣物
4避免依赖化学助剂,咖啡、兴奋饮料等
5最重要的事情最先做
6不要依赖大脑,用笔记录下来
7提前预习学习大纲
8备好备用钥匙
9多学会拒绝
10给生活中的事情设置优先级别
