葡萄表皮的“白霜”是农药?

市场上葡萄正热卖,

个大味甜,好看又好吃……

可是慢着,

为啥葡萄表皮上还有一层“白霜”?

像是搽粉搽多了。

网上有人说,

“白霜”是农药残留,

这样的葡萄不能吃!

这是真的吗?

这层白霜到底是什么呢?

其实,

不仅葡萄表面有白霜,

在李子、蓝莓、甘蔗等水果上

你也会发现这种现象。

这“白霜”不是什么农药,

而是葡萄表皮细胞本身分泌的一种糖醇类物质,

专业上称之为“果粉”。
