我们往往认为,养生,就是要早睡早起,就是要吃营养品。
这只是看得见的方式。
其实,对于一个人的健康来说,看不见的情绪才是最为重要的。
一个人,即使每天山珍海味,各种保养,如果他整日处在愤怒、悲伤的情绪之下,那么,他的健康状况,往往也会是不容乐观的。
反之,即使一个人粗茶淡饭,但是他心境坦然,不忧愁,不计较,那么,他的健康状况,往往也会是不错的。
外界的保养,只是辅助罢了。
一个人真正的养生,需要从自己的内心开始。
只有把自己的心养好了,才能从根本上解决问题。
一个人对自己最大的仁慈,就是管理好自己的坏情绪。
不让自己处于消极、负面的情绪之中,让自己时刻处于积极美好的情绪之中,如此,才是对自己最大的善待。
“一小丑进城,胜过一打名医。”
情绪的力量,有时候,比医生的力量更大。
