失败者的三大问题是奴性、惰性和推卸责任。自己没有独立思考，什么都听上司的，是为奴性。上司拨一下你动一下，不知道该主动做什么，是为惰性。混不好怪上司、怪职场、怪社会，是为推卸责任。
