Shekar 是坚朗印度子公司的订单主管。

Shekar is the order manager for the Kin Long India.

在加入坚朗之前，Shekar曾经在本田公司工作了12年。2016年9月27日，一次偶然的机会，他加入了坚朗，担任班加罗尔地区所有团队的销售助理。工作1年后，Shekar凭借丰富的工作经验和出色的工作成绩，于2018年1月晋升为印度子公司的订单主管，管理10人的销售助理团队。

Shekar had worked at Honda for 12 years before joining the Kin Long.September 27, 2016 by chance, he joined Kin Long as a sales assistant working for all teams in the Bangalore region, and over a two-year period, Shekar was promoted tothe head of KIPLorder management team and managed a sales assistant teamfor 10 people in January 2018 with extensive work experience and outstanding performance.

作为订单主管，Shekar 整理了自己的一套方式来管理他的团队。每天早上，他会让每个人汇报订单跟踪情况。每天下午都会再跟销售助理联系一次，询问他们收到了多少订单或者有多少未处理的订单和状态，并给予相应的处理思路。除此之外，Shekar每天还会做如下工作：

a.跟进所有的特殊的KIPL 、GDKL（无库存）订单以及所有异常订单；

b.给当地员工介绍关于SSO系统的操作方法以及解答产品价格问题；

c.在OA审核和批准所有VP系列的订单，如交货评审和BOM要求；

d.做全印度的销售报告，并提交销售区域报告；

e.跟进印度市场的询价；

f.负责所有的订单管理工作；

As an order manager, Shekar made his own set of practical ways of working to manage his team, and every morning, he would let everyone report on order tracking.

Every afternoon,contact your sales assistant again every afternoon to ask them how many orders they have received or how many pending orders and status they have, and to deal with them accordingly.

But beyond that, Shekar needs to do these tasks every day:

A. Follow up all special KIPL, Gdkl (no inventory) orders and all unusual orders;

B. Introduce on how to operate the SSO system and answer product price questionsfor local staffs.

C. Review and approve all VP series orders in OA, such as delivery review and BOM requirements

D. Do an all-India Sales report and submit a sales area report

E. Follow up on enquiry from the Indian market

F. Be Responsible for office management work .

每天的工作虽然繁琐，但是Shekar说，只要将事情发生的根源理解清楚了，就能得心应手的去完成。他说，同事中对他影响比较大的是Syed Azhar A.P，因为他每天工作都非常有激情，感染着身边的每个人。

Shekar是一个非常爱学习的人，业余时间，他会翻看大量的书籍，从中获取知识。他说，持续学习会让他的生活变得更充实，也更踏实。

Although, the daily work is tedious, but Shekar said, as long as the root cause of the matter is understood clearly, it can be done with ease.

He said, it was Syed Azhar A.P, who had a greater influence on him of his colleagues, because heworks with great passion every day, infecting everyone around her. Shekar is a person who loves learning.In his spare time, he will be immersed in a sea of books fromthatcan obtain more knowledge.He says, continuous learning will make his life fulfilled and rich.
